Authorization to Process Personal Data

This is the authorization PB Manage asks for the first time you sign in, and every time its version changes. The app records who accepted it, when, which version, and from which IP address. The Spanish version governs.

I authorize Plano Base Arquitectos S.A.S. (NIT 901.603.373-9) to process my personal data (name, email, company, role, what I do in the app, and technical data such as my IP address) to give me access to PB Manage, record my actions on projects, send me service notices, support me, and keep the service secure, as described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

I understand that my data is stored with cloud providers in the United States (Cloudflare, Neon, and Resend), and I authorize that transfer. I understand that I can see, correct, and ask to delete my data, and revoke this authorization, by writing to privacy@pbmanage.com.

What you should know

• It is voluntary. But without it we cannot give you access, because the app does not work without your name and email.
• We do not ask for sensitive data. If one were ever needed, answering would be optional.
• Your rights are in the Personal Data Processing Policy, with the deadlines: requests in 10 business days and claims in 15.
